Edwards calls her out with the truth. He missed one though. Hillary has also received the most donations of any candidate, Republican or Democrat, from Wall Street bankers.

Rep. Kucinich had this to say:

” Tim, we’re here in Philadelphia, the birthplace of democracy. I want to know when this Democratic Congress is going to stand up for the Constitution and hold the president accountable with Article 2, Section 4 an impeachment act. I think that our democracy is in peril and unless the Democrats and the Congress stand up for the Constitution, we are going to lose our country.”

And Biden chimed in with this:

‘…And the irony is, Rudy Giuliani, probably the most under qualified person since George Bush to seek the presidency, is here - talking about any of the people here. Rudy Giuliani. I mean think about it, Rudy Giuliani, there’s only three things he mentions in a sentence — a noun and a verb and 9/11 and I mean, there’s nothing else. There’s nothing else.’

Fukin’ Joe can really nail it sometimes.

They are getting better. I’d like to see all the Democratic Party candidates debate all the Republicans with Keith Olbermann as moderator.

Mind your own business, get your own house in order, stop fucking interns and little boys and cheating on your wives and on your taxes and being found dead wearing two wetsuits with a dildo shoved up your ass. Many of you know that I am the son of a mill worker – that I rose from modest means and have been blessed in so many ways in life. Elizabeth and I have so much to be grateful for.

And all of you know about some of the challenges we have faced in my family. But there came a time, a few months ago, when Elizabeth and I had to decide, in the quiet of a hospital room, after many hours of tests and getting pretty bad news – what we were going to do with our lives.

And we made our decision. That we were not going to go quietly into the night – that we were going to stand and fight for what we believe in.

As Elizabeth and I have campaigned across America, I’ve come to a better understanding of what that decision really meant – and why we made it.

Earlier this year, I spoke at Riverside Church in New York, where, forty years ago, Martin Luther King gave a historic speech. I talked about that speech then, and I want to talk about it today. Dr. King was tormented by the way he had kept silent for two years about the Vietnam War.

He was told that if he spoke out he would hurt the civil rights movement and all that he had worked for – but he could not take it any more – instead of decrying the silence of others – he spoke the truth about himself.

Flash Alert! Make your opinion known to Senator Reid and the rest of the Congress!

The latest version of the  FISA bill with the stupid and unprecedented Telco immunization provision is in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senator Leahy has vowed to strip that out. Senators Dodd, Biden and Obama have vowed to filibuster if it’s not. Senator Clinton as previously reported likes Telco cash too much to do anything to keep the government from wiretapping everything you do or say on the phone or over the Internet.

The little bastard in the picture above is talking compromise, he’s on the take from the Telcos also, and Free Left Blogistan is gearing up to apply pressure to every elected official concerned to strip this police state provision from an otherwise reasonable bill.

I urge everyone to take the time and make the effort to call and make yourself heard. Be polite but firm, ‘No Telco immunity, period.’
